What is EFT
EFT stands for Emotional Freedom Therapy and is a form
of physical acupressure based on the same energy meridians used in traditional
acupuncture, but without the use of needles.
Instead, tapping a sequence of acupressure points is
used. These points will have relevance to specific emotions and are in
effect a form of emotional acupressure. At the same time as applying the
acupressure the therapist encourages the client to tune in to any emotional
blocks or problems they may be concerned with. This enables problems to
melt away rapidly and gently, like snow in the sunshine.

EFT is an amazingly accelerated process enabling clients
and therapists to get a the root causes of distress, rapidly cutting through
layers of beliefs, memories and emotions.
Clinical trials have suggested that EFT is effective in releasing trauma
from stress, anxiety, fears, phobias, depression, grief, addictive cravings,
children's issues and hundreds of physical symptoms including headaches,
body pains and breathing difficulties.
